Oh my gosh! My brother's wedding was the best! Thanks to all who came and celebrated with us!

Now it's all over, and they are back from the honeymoon. I guess my life resumes normal pace.

I've blogged about having a busy life in the past.....but never again will I complain about my regular life being busy.

I have learned that being in two weddings in a row (back-to-back weekends) tops the cake on my usually busy life! Whew! I'm in a wedding tomorrow for my friend that went to Costa Rica with me when I studied spanish for two months. We have had some great experiences together. I'm so excited for her to get married tomorrow! And, of course, you all know about the awesome wedding next weekend. You all better come, b/c it's going to be so much fun! But, needless to say, these two weddings have kept me uber busy for the past few months. It's crazy that they are here now and it's show time. What a fun couple of busy months they have been!

my exciting news!!

I bought my first car.....

I'm on cloud 9!!! I have been looking forward to this for so long and it's finally here! My dad helped me through the whole process and we got an excellent deal. They even told my dad he should call them if he ever needed a job because he 'drove a hard bargain'! Awesome!

Some people have been bugging me to update my blog, so here you go. This one's for you!

School is going really well this year. I am having a blast with my kids. I have funny kindergarten moments as always, but you'll have to ask me about those. Can't blog them.

The main thing going on with me right now is my car hunting. I've been researching cars for months and now I'm finally at the "I'm ready to purchase" stage. But, I feel like I've been analyzing and researching so much that all of the fun is gone. I'm ready for the hunt to be over, and the newer car to be in my possession.  I'll let you know when that actually happens!

On another random side note....I learned how to cross stitch today! It was actually fun. You should try it!

I had no intent of posting today. In fact, I haven't even logged on to xanga in at least a week. But when I did, I realized that it's been OVER a month since I posted. It's about time for another.

So here it is:

My world is good. I'm busy (as always), but things are going well. School has started off great...my kids are precious! Unfortunately I've already got a sore throat. I'm hoping that I don't lose my voice b/c it's kinda hard to do my job if I can't talk.

Did I mention to you wonderful people that my best friend and her husband moved back to the metroplex this summer?? Well, they did and I'm loving having them around. She and I were roomies all through college. You know those 'attached at the hip' kind of friends, and I missed her when she was still in Abilene. So I'm getting to spend time with both of them. Yay!

Umm....not sure what more there is to update. Things have kind-of settled down after my crazy (fun) summer. Now I get to have a routine. I LOVE routines. I mean, I LOVE being organized and all that. You should see my planner!
